The new System 6 Evo flip-front helmet is released by BMW. It preserves System 6’s clean lines, while increasing comfort and practicality with a more scratch-resistant internal sun visor, a more durable visor mechanism designed to make operation with gloved hands simpler, improved chin ventilation function, and a revamped spoiler for better aerodynamics. BMW says it has a unique pivoting chin bar which reduces helmet size when the chin bar is upright.
The ECE 22-05 approved Evo weighing in at 1.57 kg is a quiet lid, with noise levels recording at 62 mph at 84-86 dBA. The helmet is ready for BMW Communication System installation, offering a Bluetooth connectionion to the BMW Navigator IV sat-nav, music players, mobile phones and other BMW helmets.
