Caberg Duke II

DUKE II is the result of Caberg ‘s acquired experience, which was the first Italian company to produce flip up helmets. DUKE II comes with the dual P / J certification which allows you to ride with the chin guard open to guarantee safety thanks to the P / J lever on the helmet’s left side. This lever blocks the chin guard in the fully open position when it is in the “J” position avoiding the chin guard being accidentally closed. Due to the reduced helmet dimensions, DUKE II weighs just 1550 gr + /- 50gr.

The helmet is equipped with the exclusive Double Visor Tech system which allows you to ride always with the right light and in safety thanks to the easy-to-use internal sunvisor. The internal sun visor is treated with anti-scratch whilst the outer clear visor is not only anti-scratch but also antifog thanks to the Pinlock double lens. Two easy-to-use vents, one positioned on the chin guard and one on top of the shell, guarantee ventilation. The air on the inner liner is channelled through grooves to ensure the helmet is perfectly ventilated. The lining is completely removable and washable, realised for maximum freshness with breathable and hypoallergenic fabric with reflective inserts at the back of the neck.

The helmet has the seating to accommodate the new JUST SPEAK EVO Caberg Bluetooth communication system which allows you to communicate not only with your own mobile phone and passenger, but also to connect to a GPS system, listen to music via your mobile phone or MP3 player. JUST SPEAK EVO is equipped with Bluetooth A2DP which allows high quality stereo listening.

DUKE II is available in the graphic versions IMPACT Yellow Fluo / Black, Matt Blue YAMA / White, White / Red / Blue / Light Blue and the new graphic versions SUPERLEGEND Matt Black / Yellow Fluo, Matt Black / Red Fluo, Red / White and with white shell Italian flag colours. This model is also available in the solid colour versions White Metal, Matt Black, Matt Gun Metal and Matt Blue YAMA. Also available is the non-painted SMART black version, and the HI VIZION yellow fluo version.

My favourite helmet

Comfy, great visibility, P/J certified. Sun visor very effective. I gave 4 stars due to the lack of the more effective ventilation system (no air outlet on the back of helmet). That is why this helmet might be a little too warm in the temperature around 20 degrees. But value and quality of this helmet is really good. – Sebb, SBS Customer

Good looking and good fitting helmet

For the price very good and great looking in matt black. I agree with some other comments that it can be a little tight around the chin, however this can mostly be sorted be adjusting the helmet on the head. Flip up mechanism is quite smooth and so is the visor. All and all very happy. – Matthew W, SBS Customer

Excellent aerodynamics.

Comfortable helmet with excellent aerodynamics, especially at motorway speeds. Try it on for size beforehand if you can. It feels a little big with the face open and moves around a bit, but feels comfortable as a normal full face lid. I’m either a Medium or Large (depending on brand), this is a Medium and feels a little loose at times. The only real downside for me is the open face release button isn’t wonderful and a bit too stiff, especially with gloves on. – James M., SBS Customer
