Great looking budget helmet
I bought this helmet first and foremost for the way it looks, and secondly because it was reasonably cheap and from a pretty decent helmet manufacturer. And it does look fantastic in the flesh! It really is striking and bright. 5 stars in that respect. But I mark it down due to a poor quality visor and visor mechanism. The visor doesn’t always close properly and seal all the way around if you pull it down by the visor ‘lip’. You have to use your whole hand to fully close the visor. Also, removing the visor to clean it is very fiddly.
The release mechanism is very stiff and you have to really yank the visor off, worrying that it might crack or break the visor. On top of that, the interior is nowhere near as ‘plush’ as other ‘budget’ helmets, such as some HJC helmets (e.g. IS17). And the ventilation isn’t great. Hence the overall 3 star rating. But it does look amazing! Matthew, SportsBikeShop customer
Not too satisfied
I bought this helmet from the Lazer bayamo line and I give it enough only for the low price. Going at 100km / h you hear crunches inside the helmet, the vents do not completely close, while the sun visor is not comfortable since once you open it it ends up in the middle of your eyes ruining your view. Pro ultra clear visor with great view, well-made internal padding and cute graphics.
I recommend buying this helmet as an economic reserve or for occasional passengers, while I recommend spending a few euros more and buying the lazer helmet of the rafale line for regular drivers.Rafael, FC Moto customer
I like it
Feels like really good quality helmet, surprising it doesn’t cost more. My head circumference is 62cm so I should be an XL, but the XL was too loose. L fits nice and snug. Digs in to my forehead a little but I think this won’t be an issue when it has been worn a bit more. Don’t think I could get a better helmet for the same price. Keith SportsBikeShop customer
