HJC FG ST

The HJC FG-ST is built from an advanced, lightweight Fibreglass shell and offers a comfortable and superior fit thanks to the use of CAD technology. The innovative channelling system provides full front-to-back airflow that flushes heat and moisture from and up the helmet. The RapidFire visor replacement system allows the visor to be removed / replaced quickly, without tool. The FG-ST uses a double-D retention system and also has an internal sun visor tinted over 3 stages.

Good value

Pleased with this purchase. Coming from a line of Shoei helmets (most recent a Neotech) for which I’ve always been a small. I bought a small and it seemed pretty tight at first but has loosened off well and is pretty comfortable. I think that considering the price it is very good value and I’m pleased with it. The quality of the vent/visor buttons, strap and d-rings is not the same as a Shoei but it is 1/3rd the price so I’m happy with that. It is quieter than my Neotech for me and that surprised me. Not used it in hot weather so dont know its venting properties. Location of the main visor catch is annoying and doesnt come to hand easily with gloves on I’m finding. Overall, not perfect, but at this price a very good option. James N. SBS Customer

Good value for money

Medium, solid comfort received 5 stars on SHARP tests. Good price for fiber helmet. It has sun visor and includes in the box a pinlock. The air vents work and the removable interior is very nice. The materials are reasonable, the visor does not hold half open, a bit noisy and is not solidly tight (bought the size indicated for my head). The visor causes slight distortion and the speaker cavities are small. It’s worth the 140 euros. Zarb, SBS Customer

AGV replacement, good choice

After 5 AGV’s, fancied a change. Generally good reviews and decent price. Only wore it a few times, but feels a good fit. The sun visor is a must for me now on any helmet. I wear earplugs but does sound quieter than last helmet. Only gripe I have is the speaker recess could be deeper. I have a Cardo Q1 and they now press on my ears to the point of being distracting. So looking for some thinner speakers. Good helmet, glad it came with pinlock insert included as this does add to the cost generally. Andrew R. SBS Customer
