Caberg Drift

DRIFT is Caberg ‘s new integral helmet made of fibreglass (carbon, Kevlar and fibreglass), designed for demanding touring cyclists. DRIFT is equipped with a double visor system (double visor technology), which always has perfect lighting conditions and maximum driving safety thanks to the integrated sun visor. The DRIFT Quick Release Visor mechanism also allows for fine visor adjustment to create close contact between the visor and the helmet. It is not necessary to manually regulate to prevent water or wind from penetrating, thanks to the visor mechanism with a spring double movement. Additionally, the lever on the left side of the visor mechanism stops the visor 0.5 cm in front of the sealing lip, thus preventing misting when driving. The visor is locked when the lever is raised, to prevent accidental opening during driving or fall. To prevent fogging, DRIFT is equipped with a transparent, scratch-resistant visor and an internal pinlock antifog visor. Also featuring a scratch-resistant sun visor that is easy to operate with a side lever. Three broad ventilation slots control the airflow, which can be balanced well with gloves, too. To prevent fogging, the lower vent on the chin guard directs the air directly into the inside of the visor. The airflow channels carry fresh air through various air grooves into the helmet. The rear ventilation promotes hot and stalid air exchange. The breathable lining is removable and washable, with reflective inserts including the padding on the chin strap.
