The Bell RS-1 Helmet is Bell’s most recent sport & race-oriented Helmet. The Bell RS-1 meets the needs of the competitive sport rider who loves spending time on the road-someone who does n’t need any of the Star’s features but wants more helmet than the Vortex. The RS1 Helmet is designed to offer many of the high-end pro features found in the Star buts leaves out the strictly pro feature to bring in the RS-1 at a price that is more suitable for the non-professional.
The Bell RS-1 Helmet is a regular Snell 2010 Helmet that offers a tri-weave shell constructed from Kevlar layers, carbon fibre, and fibreglass. It has a new ventilation system named “Velocity Flow” and wicking interior pads to provide comfort. The fit is snuger than the Star or the Vortex which works well at speed to reduce buffeting.
