Arai Quantum St Pro

The new Quantum-ST PRO motorcycle helmet has a head design that is “long oval.” This particular shape offers a longer front-to-back distance compared to the standard Arai head shape, and a slightly smaller side-to – side distance. This shape gives new levels of comfort to many European riders, who will feel that the Quantum-ST PRO will perfectly fi t them. The Quantum-ST PRO is recognised as the top sports touring helmet, preferred by both experienced touring and sports motorcycling riders. The new edition of the Quantum-ST PRO enhances this. The ST model ‘s strong features go further: regular PRO Shade System visor installed, even more space around the mouth and nose and built-in speaker pockets for a communication device in the cheek pads. The new “Ecopure” lining material which offers new levels of comfort is also exclusive to the PRO version. The Quantum-ST PRO combines RX-7 GP racing technology with the level of comfort required for touring all day long.

Broad Oval ScLc (Building super complex Laminate)

In terms of extension and bending resistance, 40 per cent better than normal fibre glass. Two layers of super fibre, one layer of special fibre in the middle. The middle layer consists of a very special material, Arai-exclusive, very strong and light chemical fibre. The longer shell and interior shape of the Quantum-ST PRO is specially designed for riders whose helmets can cause a painful “hotspot”‘ front because of an interior shape that is not made to fi t your long head. With Quantum-ST PRO long interior shape Arai takes comfort and fi t to new lengths.

Venting

One-piece rear exhaust extracts hot , humid air from the inner helmets, and improves aerodynamics. Three-position chin vent helps demist the visor and provides cool and fresh air. Side exhausts create a low pressure behind the rear vent for better extraction of hot air, lower wind noise and prevent speed buffeting. Neck roll exhaust and brow vents which guide fresh air to temples and front areas.

System for Emergency Releases

Enables easier access to a rider who has been injured. The cheek pads slide out by pulling the orange tabs that are integrated into the pads. This provides extra space inside the helmet, making it easier for qualified emergency staff and rescuers to remove the helmet and reducing the chance of further injury.

Environmentally healthy interiors

Complete removable interior with unique lining material called “Eco-pure.” Excellent ventilation, antibacterial , anti-fouling and deodorant properties, very soft touch and feel to the skin. With various size pads the interior can be tailored to individual requirements.

Plus room, more comfort

The Quantum-ST PRO has a thinner pad in the centre. The result is more room around the nose and mouth area improving the fit and comfort of the famous Arai even more. The Quantum-ST PRO comes as standard with a pull down chin spoiler which guides the airflow around the helmet’s bottom edge.

PRO Shading Device

Arai answers the sun glare and visor fogging problem. The PSS provides an efficient combination of an easy-to-flip, lockable sun peak, the wide SAI Max Vision visor and the efficient Pinlock inlay lens. PSS provides protection against sun glare, without affecting the integrity and strength of the helmet shell that could be caused by sun visors built in.

System of facial contours

The Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a foam spring support in the cheek pad which compresses and rebounds to give an even better snug fit and enhance comfort to the lower jaw.

Practical orator pocket

Building in communication systems is popular, but often the problem is that a speaker ‘s room is limited or just not present, which causes unpleasant pressure points. The Quantum-ST PRO is equipped with special speaker pockets which offer room for mounting speakers without any comfort or fi t effect. (Unlisted speaker)
